I Love to Watch Hockey.
As far as sports and competition go, I think hockey is the best! It has speed, agility and the occasional friendly rivalry! Hockey is a lot like soccer only it is played on ice instead of grass and, of course, there is the checking end of it. I always thought hockey was too violent until my boys started playing. They started skating in our local youth hockey club at about age seven. At that age, it is a non-checking division. Most of the kids are still trying to stay on their feet and undstand the game at that level! In high school, our boys were on the state championship team several years running. Professional hockey is definitely rougher, but still is pretty safe.
