Be Supportive and Prove You Can Change
If you show your ex you remain supportive of them although you’ve broken up, you are bound to win them over to your side. Little gestures like an occasional phone call or message just to say hi mean a lot. The biggest stumbling block to winning an ex back is convincing them that things will change – not that you can’t be the same person, but you need to fix the habits that caused the break up. Time is needed to have the perspective to be true to yourself and admit where you messed up without having to be told. You have to be willing to compromise and sometimes accept being wrong. Gather your thoughts and then have a face to face talk with your ex to apologize honestly.
