All my child wants this year for his birthday is a scooter. Apparently kids scooters are all the rage in his kindergarten class. We headed to the toy store because Oliver had a specific model in mind and I didn’t want to get the wrong thing. We tested in out up and down the aisle and it was a winner. So along with the scooter, we purchased a helmet, elbow pads and knee pads. I don’t mind my child having some fun as long as he is properly protected. And they make gear now that kids actually want to wear instead of me forcing him to!
