Dinner Is Easy, Stir Fry It!

At the end of a long day at work I do not want to stand at the stove for hours stirring and cooking things. This is a great time to bring out the wok and have a fabulous stir fry. It is something different every night but for example last night I threw cubes of firm tofu into the oil and cooked them until they were crisp, then added some onions, garlic, and broccoli florets along with some cauliflower and bok choy. Just  light sauce made of scallions and ginger mixed with soy sauce and sesame oil to season it and with a minimum of effort came a great dinner!
