Concrete Water Repellents: Excelllent Preventive Measures
When the work was finished on our home nearly three years ago, one of the extra features we wanted was applying Concrete Water Repellents to every exposed concrete and stone surface. This included the driveway, the stone walkways, our back patio constructed of pavers, and our stoops and steps. We hit them all, because at our last house we spent a small fortune replacing most of them. If not taken care of properly, concrete and stone will crack, flake, stain, etc. The up-front cost of preventive care is far less than replacement. It was something we just wanted to do and so we did it. Three years later it all looks new.
