Choosing Plants For Freshwater Aquariums
The most outstanding thing about freshwater aquariums is the aquascape. It builds a kind of visual appeal that is hard to ignore. You can choose from either plastic plants or real once. While plastic plants have a better look, the fish can’t eat them and they do little to stop the growth of algae. The common aquatic plants include Anubia, Java Fern, Aponogeton and others. The great thing about these real plants is that they absorb some of the carbon dioxide emitted by the fish and by a certain percentage suppress the growth of algae. Besides, the fish can eat them.
