My husband bought me the enviro steamer. It is a mop basically, and it runs by streaming a continuous jet of steam onto the floor as it cleans. I have been using it for the past few months, and my floors have never looked better. There had been some build up of ground in dirt and scuff marks that have been a nightmare to try to clean. I noticed that if I hover or rest the steamer over a tough spot, it will be completely gone and shiny in about fifteen seconds. It is so easy to push. I bought one for my mother who has arthritis, and she never complains about it. The warming pad could be sturdier, but I cannot complaind because my floors look like new.
