Meeting On The Locker Room Benches
As a coach, I wear many different hats in our organization. Not only do I coach and manage our players, I also carry the role of the encourager and motivator to our team. I recall one night during halftime as I was giving our team a pep talk, the guys were seated along our locker room benches and I told them how much of an honor it was to coach them. As they sat there, I thought to all of the many nights I had stood before them in the past and how I proud I was of their many accomplishments and what they stood for as a team.
